I can always find ways to relate to customers by comparing their life experiences to my own. That helps me write a better article.

It might even work as a title if you can expand one of your ideas. For example, poor customer service is one sure way to lose me as a client. One way to use this is: what should you expect for customer support or service from your suppliers? This could make an excellent article if your client actually supplies the expectations that are generally considered optimum in the industry. If not, look for something else.

Misspelled words have become the norm and even trendy in daily life while texting or sending the hurried email or post on Facebook. Less ordinary content would actually have words that are spelled correctly—sad to say– “How R U?”, “Easy duz it”, “I went to (their, there) game on Sunday”. It is also common for writers and journalists to misspell words unintentionally, thus changing the meaning of the text—And to a global audience for whom English may be a second language,…well, you get my point.

This method will serve to clear up many of the aspects of the product or service. it also addresses pre-conceived notions or beliefs, or the pros and cons of the product or service. Another way is to inject humor the explanation or the need for a particular product, that is, if humor is not inappropriate.
