Would you use double quotation around the episode title, or both double and single quotation marks?

(Apologies – the series title would normally be in italics, however, the submission box on this page doesn’t have that option.)

Example A: On Friday’s episode of Rhyme and Reason, “I Ran Away With The Spoon,” how does Fork explain his alleged mistreatment of other cutlery in the drawer?

Example B: On Friday’s episode of Rhyme and Reason, “’ I Ran Away With The Spoon’,” how does Fork explain his alleged mistreatment of other cutlery in the drawer?
