The potential customer is more than just a title job (e.i doctor, lawyer, housewife, etc.). Their persona does tie with his/her’s values and perspective. Which counts most, in order to develop a sense of kinship with them: ‘Have fun with it so that you start to think of your audience as a person rather than a hard to define entity. ‘–Word up!
